- Cancellation policy:
      7 day prior notice receives refund less $25 handling fee.
      Less than 7 days, no refund.
      Special event weekends: no refund.
- Two-night minimum stay during special events and holidays may apply.
- Children welcome in Out-Back only. 
- No pets.
- Smoking permitted outside only.
